Moss removal from any Roof, any Age, Any Tile.
The two safest and most effective ways to clean and restore your roof.
Option 1 – Soft Washing
Using a combination of products to attack the moss, lichen and build-up of pollutants on the tile. Along with super-heated water at a low pressure the soft washing method can produce instant results without any risk or damage to the roof.
A safe biocide would be applied once the tiles are cleaned to suppress the organic regrowth. This method is particularly popular for more modern properties with a robust tile.
Option 2 – Airpole
We use a combination of compressed air and specially designed tools to carefully remove the moss & lichen from the tiles. Our operatives are fully trained and certificated for working at height and have no need to ever walk on the roof.
The final stage of the process is to kill the moss roots and lichen with an industry leading Biocide. This continues to work over a number of weeks and helps bring the roof back to its original colour.
This option works particularly well with period properties (clay Kent pegs), and will expose which tiles need replacing, without causing any further damage.
We will NEVER step on your roof

Reasons to choose us over pressure washing…

Pressure washing completely bleaches your tiles and stops the original colour ever coming back.
Soft wash or Airpole will ensure every tile is covered.
Pressure washing is incredibly inefficient, battling moss with brute force, the opposite of the methods we adopt.
At the end of the day, the tarp will be folded and all mess will be gone.
